| Human Capital TV — Advancing Careers. Transforming Organizations. |
The Human Capital Institute, the #1 destination for human capital and talent management information,
is bringing you Human Capital TV (HCtv), the first Internet broadcast network for live, recast, and
on-demand programming.
Over the last three years, HCI has produced over 300 webcasts reaching 102,000 members across 42
countries. Based on feedback from our loyal audience and new attendees, HCI has created a new
structure that will make talent management thought leadership, solutions, and next practices more
accessible and interactive anytime of the day. HCtv will deliver over 250 one-hour webcasts in 60
learning tracks tied together by our long-standing Talent Communities that include Strategy,
Leadership, Development, Acquisition, and Industry Sectors. We are beginning to develop social
networking tools and have started a virtual chat via a blog set up specifically for each webcast.
Keep networking and collaborating with more human capital content, more ways to access it, and many
more ways to participate with 100,000+ members and thought leaders.
In addition, we have added a monthly Community Magazine segment in every learning track. A Community
Magazine is an hour-long segment that may feature expert advisory panel discussions, roundtables, 1x1
interviews with industry experts, news worthy case-studies, and interactive human capital town hall
meetings where members take the stage for open-mic questions, sharing of best practices or participation
in live polling and surveys.

| Programming Details |
For 2008, there are nearly 500 Community Magazine segments and 250 webcasts adding up to 750
live programming hours a year. HCtv four hours of live programming takes place between 12pm
— 4pm EST every business day.
But that's just the beginning. Understanding that many people are too busy to attend all of the live
webcasts they want to see during the middle of the business day, HCtv will now make all webcasts
available at least four more times on the day following the live broadcast. If you missed a live
webcast or Community Magazine segment, you can check out the recast recording & presentation later
in the afternoon or evening of the very next day.
The best way to find out what's on at any given time is to check the easy-to-use
HCtv Program Guide
and review your weekly HCtv program bulletin delivered every Monday in your
email. In addition, Talent Communities live events will be on a consistent schedule each and every
business day:
| Talent Strategy |
12pm EST |
| Talent Acquisition |
1pm EST |
| Talent Development |
2pm EST |
| Talent Leadership |
3pm EST |
HCtv ReCasts will follow this simple order too just later the next day.
Nearly anyone with a high speed Web connection already has the tools they need to access HCtv programming.
Virtually all of the content is available either live, through free Microsoft Live Meeting Web sharing
software (a quick one-time download is required,) or in recorded form via the ubiquitous Windows Media
Player. Simply check the program guide or find
a topic that interests you, register and you're in!
