HCI defines excellence and establishes standards for the new business science of
strategic talent management. The Human Capital Strategist™ (HCS™)
Certification program allows individuals and talent-focused teams to complete
the first part of the Master Human Capital Strategist (MHCS) Designation program
online or at a convenient regional location. This practical, learning session
provides high-impact, interactive education relevant career knowledge that, until
now, has been delivered only online, at multiple times and in varying sequences.
Now, leaders and teams can choose from two different paths to MHCS Certification.
As a participant, you can choose to receive your HCS Certification or complete
additional online coursework and a practicum to earn your full MHCS Designation.

The MHCS is awarded for demonstrated applied knowledge and excellence in
the practical application of strategic talent management. Whether you
are a CEO, HR leader, recruiting guru, or line manager, talent management
skills are critical to your competitive success in the global knowledge
economy.

The MHCS designation is awarded on the basis of comprehensive education,
strategic knowledge, and implementation experience. Participants will
complete the 12-hour HCS Certification program, plus the three-hour
Human Capital Plan course. In addition, each student completes a
Practicum Prep workshop that helps a candidate create a business case
practicum that is applied to a real-world talent management challenge
facing their organization or client.
