Groundbreaking Reports
Identifying Business Value in Workforce Planning. Research by the Human Capital Institute (HCI) and Aruspex demonstrates that while 74% of corporate executives believe that workforce planning is a corporate priority, only 57% of Corporate HR respondents do. According to our latest research report entitled: "Where Social Network Analysis and Talent Management Intersect", the vast majority of HR and non-HR executives don't yet know about these techniques.
