Mentorship Strategies
The workforce is aging, making knowledge transfer a vital priority. The average tenure of workers with any particular employer is shortening and youth have identified developmental opportunities as their number one consideration when joining and remaining with an organization. E-Learning, flexible training options, tuition reimbursement and other developmental tools will be explored. Mentorship, while not a new concept, is becoming a strategy that organizations are seeking an effective answer to. How can mentoring relationships be formed to last and deliver meaningful results? How can they be tracked and aligned to corporate goals and outcomes? What is working and where are the examples?
